About me

Aiming to Be the Best

I Deliver Measurable Results

RTG means “Resource Trading Group” and we are specialists in innovative raw materials from oilseeds. We have been extracting oils and chemical feedstocks, which are found in a third of all everyday products, at our family company since 1959. We are certified and apply the latest processes in our production, in an intelligent system that uses everything plants have to offer.

Our well-trained and highly motivated workforce of some 120 employees at our sites looks after and ensures the high quality of industrial production with expertise and passion.

The wide range of our products and high quality is unique everywhere we supply. And the ability to take a broader view allows us to develop tailored solutions together with our customers.

Vision

Due to the pandemic, uncertainties in the macroeconomic sphere, changes in consumers’ demands, and the challenges in the international markets, we have once again proven the robustness of our strategy and the resilience of RTG. The year 2021 was the first during which we implemented our ‘2030 Vision’ and, in the midst of many challenges, we remained focused on making strategic investments and taking advantage of opportunities such as austerity, agility, and discipline. Over the course of the year, we remained guided by the objective of offering quality food to thousands of people within and overseas and we did not hold back in our efforts to ensure the health and safety of all. We maintained the protocols of health and safety that have been adopted since 2020 and our Multi-Disciplinary Committee for Permanent Monitoring continued working to monitor the global situation and provide support for assertive decision-making. With the advances made during the year in the number of those immunized against Covid-19, we were able to ensure that 92% of our workforce was vaccinated with at least two doses.
